Our Peruvian ceviches and tiraditos reinterpret ancestral recipes, fusing Menorcan fish and seafood with authentic Peruvian ingredients. In every bite, Lima and Cala’n Bosch come together, oysters with lime and coriander, Nikkei-style scallops, limeñas croquettes and yellow chili tiraditos are just a few examples of this vibrant culinary dialogue.
