Chef Omar Malpartida, an international benchmark for contemporary Peruvian gastronomy in Spain, leads the culinary vision at Kaypa. His European trajectory began in 2014 with Tiradito Madrid, a milestone project in championing authentic Peruvian flavors across Europe, followed by groundbreaking concepts such as Barra M and Luma.
Today, he directs two standout fine-dining destinations in the Balearic Islands: Maymanta Ibiza, awarded 1 Repsol Sol, and Kaypa Restaurant in Menorca, where he acts as owner, executive chef, and gastronomic director.
